Liberalisation means lessening of restriction and regulations by the government. Liberalisation lifts the restriction of private ventures. Because of liberalisation there is free flow of capital from investors and it also reduces the political risk to investors and help to attract the foreign investors there is growth in stock market, development in agriculture sector all this increase employment and improve standard of living of people that leads to overall economic growth.
