other than mercury,gallium, francium,caesium and rubidium are also the liquid that in the liquid state at room temperature also. Is it right?

Gallium is solid with very low melting point that is 29.7^oC. Similarly francium (found very rare) has low melting point 27^oC, caesium has melting point 28^oC and rubidium 39^oC. Thus they remain liquid at or near room temperature. 
Bromine is a non metal which is also liquid at room temperature.
