Out of AlCl3 and NaCl which is more effective in causing coagulation of negatively charged sol and why?

By hardly schulze rule, for a negatively charged sol, positively charged ion with higher oxidation state is a better coagulating agent. Since AlCl3 forms Al3+ ion and NaCl forms Na+1 only, AlClis a better coagulating agent.
