Pl answer these questions

Dear student,

(i)Buoyant force is experienced by the cork.
(ii)The buoyant force depends on the volume of the object
(iii)The submarine operates using the Archimedes' principle by manipulating the buoyancy. The buoyancy is controlled by the ballast tank system. A submarine resting on the surface has positive buoyancy, which means it is less dense than the water around it and will float.
(iv)A submarine uses ballast tanks filled with compressed air and when needed the air is released and takes on water which increases the density making it sink but when the water is pushed out the sub’s density is decreased making it float.
Regards.
