3)  As known Force=Mass * acceleration
The velocity time graph  indicates that there is an acceleration by showing different velocities at different time intervals.
1.​If the velocity time graph depicts  that the particle is moving at a constant speed ,meaning there is  is no acceleration reulting into no force applies on moving particle as relation can be derived from formula
2. If the velocity time graph indicates that there are different velocities at different time intervals so there will be acceleration and force is acting on moving particlle. Otherwise no force will be acting on the body.
4) Initial momentum = 20 kg x 36 km/h x (1000/3600) m/s = 200 kg m/s

Final momentum = 20 kg x 54 km/h x (1000/3600) m/s = 300 kg m/s

Change in momentum = 300 - 200 = 100 kg m/s

Force exerted = change in momentum/time

Force = 100 kg m/s / 25 s

Force = 4 kg m/s^2

Force = 4 N
