Please answer 4th and 5th question

Dear Student

Answer 4. India is culturally diverse country and  a lot of religions practised in country. In order to to ensure that citizens do not face discrimination at the hands of the state in the name of religion, Indian constitution was chosen to be secular.
Secularism provides freedom to an individual to practice the religion of her/his choice. India has no religion of its own. The Constitution of India guarantees equality of all religions and prohibits discrimination against any individual on grounds of religion.

Answer 5. It is important to separate religion from state because the state needs to treat all its citizens equally. Different citizens are of different religions. If the state is not separated from religion, it will lead to discrimination against people of certain religions. State secures religious freedom as one of the basic human rights.
