If you merge 2 Fig(1) and rotate the combined figure obtained anti-clockwise by 90 degrees, you obtain Fig (2).
$$\begin{gathered} Area Of Trapezium = \frac{1}{2}\times (Sum Of Parallel Sides)\times Height \\ In the case Of Fig \left(1\right) \\ Area Of Trapezium=\frac{1}{2}\times (11+5)\times 4=8\times 4=32 sq cm \\ For Fig 2 which is combination of 2 Fig\left(1\right), \\ Area = 2\times 32=64 sq cm \end{gathered}$$
Perimeter Of Fig 1 = 5+5+5+11=26 cm
Perimeter of Fig 2 = 5+5+5+5+5+5=30 cm
