Please answer my this doubt correctly. I also know in male's there is no Menstrual Cycle. Kindly answer in detail that how sperms of ejaculation are collected then thrown and how Bed-Wet is related to it?

Males get sexually mature and start producing sperms after attaining puberty. Puberty is the process of physical changes in the individual which result in the sexual maturity of the individual. Puberty is attained as a result of various hormonal changes during adolescence.

Bed wet is the process of ejaculation. It is also called nocturnal emissions as it occurs during sleep and it consists of ejaculation for men and vaginal lubrication for women. It mostly occurs after puberty for the whole lives but is common during adolescence. Bed wet does not have a fixed time like the menstrual cycle of females. It can occur at any time during sleep. The semen is expelled out of the male body when he indulges in activities like sexual intercourse, masturbation etc.
