Please answer these questions....

1.Amar gets his medical insurance done but hides the fact that he is a heart patient. Within two weeks of medical insurance, he suffers from a massive heart attack. Is his claim against insurance?
 

No because he is violating the principle of utmost good faith which states that both the insured and the insurer must not hide any important fact from each other. They must disclose all the necessary information to each other.
