Please answer this..... DEFINE :- 1) Census 2) Growth rate
Dear Student
1) Census: A census is the procedure of systematically recording information about the members of a given population. It is done periodically to determine the population and other demographic details of a certain area.
2) Growth rate : Growth of population refers to change in the number of inhabitants of a country/territory during a specific period of time. The increase of the rate of population is studied in percent per annum.
For example, a rate of increase of 2% per annum means that in a given year, there was an increase of two persons for every 100 persons in the base population. This is referred to as annual growth rate.
