Since the membrane is impermeable to reduce hydrogen acceptor therefore NAD and FAD will not be reduced in Kreb's cycle. For one molecule of glucose two cycle of Kreb's cycle is required to produce one GTP in each Kreb's cycle. Therefore for 10 molecule of glucose 20 GTP's are formed in krebs cycle if memebrane is impermeable to reduce hydrogen acceptor.
