Please answer this! 13. Explain why will a producer not be in equilibrium if the conditions of are not met.

Dear Student, There are 2 equilibrium conditions for a producer: 1. MC=MR 2. MC>MR (after the fulfilment of condition 1) when any one or both these are not fulfilled , producer will not attain equilibrium. suppose, condition 1st is fulfilled but not 2nd, producer will not be in equilibrium. Both the conditions have to be fulfilled. Regards.
