Please answer to Q16 a and b

Dear student,
a) Since they have same atomic number i.e no. of proton and different mass no. i.e sum of neutrons and proton , they are isotopes of an element.
b) Neil Bohr proposed the following postulates :
  •   Only certain special orbits known as discrete orbits of electrons are allowed inside the atom., 
  • While radiating in discrete orbits the electrons do not radiate energy.
  • The orbits were named as K , L , M , N..so on.
