Dear Student.
Please find below the solution to the asked query.

Agranulocyte (a.gran·u·lo·cyte ):  Agranulocytes are also a type of leucocytes/WBC’s, these cells do not have granules in their cytoplasm. Agranulocytes develop from lymphoid tissue.

There are two types of agranulocytes:

1. Lymphocytes

2. Monocytes (largest white blood cell type)

Granulocyte (gran·u·lo·cyte ): Granulocytes are the white blood cells (leukocyte) that has granules in its cytoplasm. Granulocytes develop from red bone marrow.

There are three types of Granulocytes.

1. Neutrophils (most numerous)

2. Eosinophil

3. Basophil

Lymphocyte (lympho.cyte):  Lymphocytes are the type of white blood cells which are produced as a immune response when any antigen attacks our body. There are two types of lymphocytes - B lymphocytes and T- lymphocytes. The B-lymphocytes produce an army of proteins in response to pathogens into our blood to fight with them. These proteins are called antibodies. The T-cells themselves do not secrete antibodies but help B cells produce them.
