Your answer is fine but in 4th row, xy = -0.25, x² = 0.25, y² = 0.25
Therefore ∑ xy = - 42, ∑x² = 42 & ∑y² = 42

$$\begin{gathered} r = \frac{\sum xy}{\sqrt{\sum x^2}\times \sum y^2} \\ r = \frac{-42}{\sqrt{42\times 42}} \\ r = \frac{-42}{42} \\ r = -1 \end{gathered}$$
