Present Tense: 
Simple: I do my homework.
Changes to: The homework is done by me.
Continuous: I am doing my homework.
Changes to: The homework is being done by me.
Perfect: I have done my homework.
Changes to: The homework has been done by me.

Past Tense: 
Simple: I did my homework.
Changes to: The homework was done by me.
Continuous: I was doing my homework.
Changes to: The homework was being done by me.
Perfect: I had done my homework.
Changes to: The homework had been done by me.

Future Tense: 
Simple: I will do my homework.
Changes to: The homework will be done by me.
Continuous: I will be doing my homework.
Changes to: Does not exist. 
Perfect: I will have done my homework.
Changes to: The homework will have been done by me.
