Dear Student

A congenital heart defect or disease is the heart abnormality present at birth.

Atrial septa defect is the hole in wall of two upper chambers of heart. This is present since birth, so it is a congenital heart defect.

Myocardial infraction is a heart attack occurs when blood flow stops or decreases causing damage to heart muscles. This is not a congenital heart defect.

Patent ductus arteriosus (incorrect spelling in question) is persistent opening of two major blood vessels which carries blood to heart. It is present at the time of birth but closes as child grows (in some cases). This is also a congenital heart disease.

Ventricular septa defect is abnormal opening in the heart which occurs in the ventricles. It is also a congenital heart disease.

Correct option is (1).
