Bacteriophage is a virus that parasitizes bacteria. A typical  bacteriophage has a genome encapsulated within a protein structure. Genome has either DNA or RNA,  but never both. Complete structure of bacteriophages have different shape. Model bacteriophages, which are most commonly studied, include lambda phage, T4 bacteriophage, phi X 74 phage etc.
Option D is correct.
