Please explain how physical capital creates only private benefits
Physical capital such as tools, buildings, machinery are intended to increase the welfare of a particular individual or organisation. It does not serve the society as a whole in a direct manner. For example, you bought a laptop for yourself. Now, the laptop owned by you is serving your interest rather than society as a whole. Hence, physical capital creates only private benefits.
