Please Explain -Humilty is a virtue to be inculcated by everybody

Humility is a character trait of being modest, humble and respectful. It is a state where people possess no ego. It is thus seen as a virtue. The adjective form of this word is humble. Humility is being studied as a quality that can effectively enhance leadership skills. Studies have shown that humility is multi-dimensional and includes self-understanding and awareness, openness, and perspective taking. Thus, humility is a virtue that should be inculcated by everybody.
