please explain in detail how do the traders advance credit to the farmers

Farmers are availed credit by the traders for buying seeds, pesticides, fertilisers, etc, and for their personal chores. Traders availed this credit to the farmers by purchasing their produce in advance i.e purchasing produce prior to its production for very low prices and thereafter, charging a high commission or margin by selling the yield in the market.
