Here the block 1 and 3 carry equal amount of negative charge are also placed at equal distance in opposite directions from ball. So the effect of these two blocks will cancel each other. Now the only effect left will be of block 2. Since both block 2 and ball is positively charged so the ball will move away from block 2. Please check the options given by you as both c and d options are same . One of them must be away from block 2. Which will be the correct answer as well.
