Please explain me creepers

Dear Student,

Creepers are plants having weak stems that are not able to grow upright. These plants grow by spreading or trailing on the ground.
Creepers are of three types:
  1. Procumbent- They grow flat on ground. For example Oxalis.
  2. Decumbent- The stem sometime trail and then it can grow upright. For example Tridax
  3. Diffused -  The stem and it's branches generally grow in all direction on the ground. For example Boerhaavia
