Dear Student, 
Blood pressure increases with increased cardiac output, peripheral vascular resistance, volume of blood, viscosity of blood and rigidity of vessel walls.
So here correct option is B. Blood pressure is directly proportional to the volume of blood, hence decresed blood volume means decreased blood pressure. A significant loss of blood from major trauma, dehydration or severe internal bleeding reduces blood volume, leading to a severe drop in tension in arterial wall thereby in blood pressure.
