Please explain the difference between managers , workers and employees
Dear student,
The difference between managers, employees and workers can be explained on the basis of the level of hierarchy. For instance, the managers are at the higher level of hierarchy than other employees and the workers. The managers direct and supervise the task of other workers in the organisation. On the other hand, the workers can be said to be the lowest in the hierarchy.
It must however be noted that every person hired by an organisation for various activities irrespective of the level of hierarchy are employees of the organisation. Accordingly, managers are also the employees of the organisation.
