Please explain the following 48th question with reason.

Dear Student,
48.
Assertion:
An electron has a high potential energy when it is at location associated with more negative value of potential, and a low potential energy when at a location associated with a more positive potential. The reason is that the electrical charge has two types positive and negative which exerts attractive forces on each other but repulsive forces on themselves. A more positive potential is produced by an accumulation of positive charge and a more negative potential is produced by an accumulation of negative charge.
Hence, assertion is correct.
Reason:
Electron moves from region of lower potential to a region of higher potential. Because electron has negative charge, the force experienced by an electron will be in a direction opposite to the direction of electric field. Hence, electrons move from region of lower potential to a region of higher potential.
Hence, reason is incorrect.
Therefore, option c is correct A is true but R is false.
