1 mole of any gas = Molecular Mass of oxygen ( 32g) =  6.022 $\times$ ${10}^{23}$ molecules.
So 8g of Oxygen = $\frac{6.022 \times {10}^{23}}{32} \times 8 = 1.505 \times {10}^{23}$  Molecules

So the right option is D.
