Dear student
Here velocity is given as v=3t²  + 3t + 2
we know acceleration is rate of change of velocity
or a= dv/dt 
so differentiating this equation wrt time ( t ), we get
dv/dt = 6t + 3
or a= 6t +3
now putting the given value of time as 2 sec.
a = 6(2) + 3
a = 15 m/s² is the answer
