$S_{2} = \frac{66}{2} = 33 K m / h$

We need to find the ratio of the speeds $S_{1}$ and $S_{2}$ :

Thus,

$\frac{S_{1}}{S_{2}} = \frac{24}{33} = \frac{8 \times 3 k m / h}{11 \times 3 k m / h} = \frac{8}{11}$
