Please give some examples of Restriction Endonuclease and Restriction Exonuclease separately
....
Dear Student
Restriction Endonuclease are those nuclease enzymes which make cuts at specific positions within the DNA while Restriction Exonuclease are those which removes/ cuts nucleotides from the ends of the DNA.
Examples of restriction endonucleases are EcoRI, BamHI, HindIII etc.
Examples of restriction exonucleases are snake venom, exonuclease I, exonuclease II.
