A place where the Dal khalsa met every year ? 

 

Nawab Kapur Singh ji gathered the various Sikh militias into two groups- the Taruna Dal and the Buddha Dal, which would collectively be called as the Dal Khalsa. Sikh militias over fourty years of age would be part of the Buddha Dal and Sikh militias under fourty years were part of the Taruna Dal.

They used to meet every year at the holy city of Amritsar on Baisakhi day.Here the leaders of various jathas used to gather and take important decisions on further functioning and control of dal Khalsa.
