It is indeed wrong Rahenuma the answer is 16cm because the one side of the square is 4cm so 4 is to be multiplied by 4 pls friends like this answer if it is correct

Perimeter of a square = Side*4 If the side of a square is 4 cm, the perimeter = 4*4=16 cm
