1. The sino-atrial node (SAN) present in the heart is known as the natural pacemaker of the heart. This is because the heart beat originates from the SAN. The sino -atrial (SA) node is a specialised bundle of neurons located in the upper part of the right atrium of the heart. The cardiac impulse originating from the SA node triggers a sequence of electrical events in the heart, thereby controlling the sequence of muscle contraction that pumps blood out of the heart. Since the SA node initiates and maintains the rhythmicity of the heart, it is known as the natural pacemaker of the human body

4. Ear ossicles are the 3 bones namely- incus, malleus and stapes, found in the middle ear. They are the smallest bones found in the human body. They transmit sound from the air to the cochlea.​ In other words, ear ossicles are the 3 bones found in the middle ear and are the smallest bones found in the human body. They transmit sound from the air to the cochlea.
The bones are as follows-
1. Malleus is attached to the tympanic membrane.
2. Incus is attached to malleus and stapes (the third bone).
3. Stapes is the smallest of the three and is located at the opening between the middle ear and the inner ear.
