(a) Transactional Risk is the risk faced by Wizard Digitek. Transactional risk covers common risks like :
1. Default on order taking/ giving: Seller or buyer may deny that they placed or received the order.
2. Default on delivery: Sometimes goods may be delivered at wrong address or goods other than order may also be delivered.
3. Default on payment: Sometimes sellers does not get the payment for the goods supplied whereas customer claims that payment was made.
(b) To overcome these problem seller must confirm that customer has entered the correct information from the cookies just like caller ID in telephone which provide informations like customer's name, address, previous purchase record, current transaction record, etc.,
