she must have observed that bird seems inside the cage, The basic principal behind it persistent of vision for human it is 1/24 of a second if we see a frame or surrounding changing faster than this then we are not able to distinguish between two frames , here the two frames are bird and cage , after moving it fastly the burd seems inside the cage because the two frames (bird and cage) seems to merge.
