Dear student, (I) He is suffering from diabetes and insulin is the hormone that causes diabetes. (ii) pancreas secretes this hormone and it helps in maintaining the blood sugar levels. (III) When the amount of insulin that is secreted is less then the blood-sugar level increases leading to Hyperglycemia(Diabetes mellitus) and when the amount of insulin secreted is more,then,the blood-sugar level decreases leading to Hypoglycemia.
