The stability of carbocation is benzylic carbon > allylic carbon > tertiary > secondary > primary.
The reason is benzyl carbocations are more resonance stabilised than allyl.
Tertiary carbocations have three +I alkyl group which stabilises the carbocation more than the secondary which has only two which in turn is more than the primary as it has only one carbocation.
