Electric force experienced by a particle in electric field is given by-
​In the cae of deutron, charge on it is equal to that of a single proton because a deutron is positively charged particle consisting of a proton and a neutron.

Hence, a single proton will also experience the same force as a deutron as they have same charge of same magnitude and sign.
