Please solve example 20

Q. EXAMPLE 20. If   $\overrightarrow{a} ,\overrightarrow{b,} \overrightarrow{c}$ are three non - zero vectors which are pairwise non-collinear. If  $\overrightarrow{a}+ 3\overrightarrow{b}$ is collinear $\overrightarrow{\mathrm{c}} \mathrm{and} \overrightarrow{\mathrm{b}} +2 \overrightarrow{\mathrm{c}} \mathrm{is} \mathrm{collinear} \mathrm{with} \overrightarrow{\mathrm{a}} \mathrm{then} \overrightarrow{\mathrm{a}} +3\overrightarrow{\mathrm{b}} +6\overrightarrow{\mathrm{c}}$ is :

     $\left(\mathrm{a}\right) \overrightarrow{\mathrm{c}} \left(\mathrm{b}\right) \overrightarrow{0} \left(\mathrm{c}\right) \overrightarrow{\mathrm{a}} + \overrightarrow{\mathrm{c}} \left(\mathrm{d}\right) \overrightarrow{\mathrm{a}}$
