Please solve my qt

Dear Student,

Capacitance of the first capacitor is 1 Ω.
The capacitance of the second line is $\frac{1}{2}$ Ω because they are in series connection.
Similarly capacitance of the other lines are  $\frac{1}{4}, \frac{1}{8}, ......$, Now since the each line are in parallel the total capacitance is
$1+\frac{1}{2}+\frac{1}{4}+\frac{1}{8}+\cdots$
Using the geometrical series formula we know that the above summation is
$\frac{1}{1-{\displaystyle \frac{1}{2}}}=2$
So the total capacitance is 2 micro farad.(Option B)
