The line 2x - y = 3 ....(1)
meets x-axis at y = 0
Putting y = 0 in (1) we get x = 3/2
and line (1) meets y-axis at x = 0
putting x = 0 in (1) we get y = -3
Hence, the line meets x-axis at (3/2, 0) and y-axis at (0, -3)
