Hi, we know that by a chord , angle at the center is double the angle at the circumference in the same segment so Here chord is MB , so angle MOB = 2 angle MAB 
1also we know that equal arc makes equal angle at the center so angle AOM = angle MOB so angle AOB = angle AOM + angle MOB=2×angle MOB=2×2 angle MAB  Using equation 1 = 4  angle MAB
