2. The size of a bacteria is 1 µ. Find the number of bacteria in 1 m length.

Dear Student,

we know that 1μ = 10^-6 m

Now,
if a single bacteria occupy 1 μ
then the number of bacteria in 1m of length will be equal to 10⁶ ,   (as 1m = 10⁶μ)   (here we have ignored the thickness.)
