Dear Student,
Tyndall effect refers to the phenomenon of scattering of light by colloidal particles.
If the light is passed through a colloidal solution, the path of light illuminates due to scattering by the larger colloidal particles.
This happens when the wavelength of light is comparable to the size of colloids and there is a large difference in refractive index between colloidal particles and medium.
The suspension also shows the Tyndall effect due to the large size of particles. Since the particle size of suspension is large enough to scatter a beam of light hence the path of light also illuminates.

The correct option is D.
