In transferred epithet the adjective is transferred from a person to a thing to which it doesn't belong.

1. a sleepless night. : Here the adjective sleepless is referring to the noun night instead of the humans. Such a figure of speech is called transferred epithet. For example if I say I spent a sleepless night. The word sleepless should refer to the subject "I"  but here it describes the thing night.

2. a joyful river: Here the adjective joyful is transferred to the river instead of a human being.

3. a weary road: Here the adjective weary is with the noun road. Road can't be weary and the word weary should be used for humans instead of the thing road.

4. the dancing wing: Here the adjective dancing is referring to the thing wing

5. The meditative forest: Here the adjective meditative is transferred to the thing forest.
