Please tell it's detailed answer.

Dear student,
Fiscal deficit is the difference between the government's total expenditure and total receipts, excluding borrowings.
It has been stated that demonetisation of 500 and 1000 rupee notes would help the government in lowering its fiscal deficit. In long run, demonetisation will help in increasing the government revenue and hence lowering the fiscal deficit of the country. Demonetisation will mainly aim at cashless money which will help in lowering the black money in the country. Hence, in long run, demonetisation will help in increasing the government revenue and lowering the fiscal deficit of the country.
