• These are located in the Zabul, Kandahar and Loya Paktia regions of Afghanistan,
• The Indus River disconnects it from the Indian Subcontinent.

 

• Kirthar Mountains are located in Baluchistan and Sindh provinces of Pakistan.
• It extends from the Mula River  to Cape Monze (Muari),
• It houses the Kirthar National Park, that is one of the largest wildlife reserves in Sindh
