The direction of the magnetic field can be drawn by using Maxwell’s right-hand thumb rule, according to this rule, imagine that you are holding a current-carrying wire in your right hand so that the thumb points in the direction of the current, then the direction in which the fingers wrap the wire will represent the direction of magnetic lines of force.

The magnetic field is nearly about zero at point X, as the magnetic field produced by the two wires will be equal so as we know that two magnetic field lines never intersect each other and they would form a straight line at the point X as it is equidistant from them.
