Human resource Manager of the company basically deals with all responsibilities related to the personnel and training strategy of the company.

The Human resource manager handles working environment of the employees and their benefits details. Providing the resources and manpower development of the company are some other hr duties and responsibilities in a company.

There are several duties of HR manager which he/she needs to perform for the overall development of the company.

For smoothly functioning of human resource management department HR manager should have some responsibilties
These are :

1) Handling Recruitment process :

It is the basic role of HR manager that he/she monitors the recruitment process of the company and hire those employees which are perfect for the specific role and can invest their time and knowledge for the overall development of company.

2) Rewards and Recognization :

Its the duty of HR Manager to recognize their employees for their contribution and performance in the organisation,so they always get motivated to perform well.
According to yearly ratings they collect information from department managers and reward their employees for their good performance.

3) Building HR Policies and Maintain them

HR manager's duty is to build HR policies according to government polcies and keep revising policies for the better performance of employees.

HR manager must be aware of all the government policies and reflect them in their policy accordingly. Also keep track on whether the policies they implemented are working successfully or not and if not then take necessary actions to execute it.

4) Development Programs for Employees

Once Hiring is done it is the responsibilty of HR manager to take care of the trainings needed by employees.

They need to prepare a programm according to the department and nature of work and make employees experience the working environment of the organisation.

They provide them opportunity time to time to upgrade their skills and knowledge by arranging proper trainings for them.

Hence HR manager plays a crucial role in the overall development of the company
