plese help me fast Explain how animals are adapted to overcome the competition for food and shelter in rainforests. 8. B.

Dear student,
The tropical rainforests have a hot climate as they are located around the equator, and get plenty of rainfall.

The competition for food and shelter is due to a large number of the animals. Some animals are adapted to live on trees like the red-eyed frog has a sticky pad to climb, monkeys have long tails for grasping branches, etc.
As we know, there is competition for food too. Therefore, there should be the better adaption in animals to struggle for food. Toucan bird has a large and long beak to reach fruits on the branches which are otherwise too weak to support its weight.
